Lanoptics' DWDM MUX/DEMUX enables ultra-high-capacity data transmission by multiplexing up to 96 channels with dense spacing (0.8/100 GHz) in the C/L bands (1525–1625 nm), ideal for long-haul and metropolitan networks. It supports high-speed protocols including 100G/400G/800G Ethernet, OTN, and DCI, delivering terabit-scale throughput over distances exceeding 120 km when combined with EDFA amplification. Key advantages include precise wavelength control, low signal attenuation in the C-band low-loss window, flexible scalability without fiber replacement, and high stability through temperature-controlled lasers and EDFA compatibility.
